All rents must be paid by the 1st of each month.

If rent is not received on the 1st late fees will be applied to your account every day you are late.

Late fees: $30.00 on the 2nd of the month and an additional $3.00 everyday that follows.

These policies apply on Campus Properties only

Parking is not a guarantee at all of our properties.

Parking passes are $180.00 for the entire year and must be purchased in order to park in the lots of the property.

We provide professional maintenance 24 hrs a day.

For any maintenance requests please call 614-263-2665 during business hours.

For emergency after hours requests please call 614-399-1090 and your messege will be forwarded to a pager where someone from our crew will contact you. We give priority to emergency situations such as: flood, fire, and gas leaks.

Subletting is permitted with a written approval by G.A.S. Properties and the remaining roommates.

If the sub-lessee fails to pay the rent, the original tenant will be held responsible.

Sub-lessee will be required to pay a security deposit of $200.00 to be held in addition to the security deposit of the original tenant.

Original tenants do not get their security deposit back until the end of the lease term.
